The goal of any practitioner should be to continue to evolve and grow in their craft throughout their career. If you’re treating/training the exact same way you were 5-10 years ago you aren’t evolving and that could be a problem. In this mini-series I’ll be going through some of the things I “Wish I knew” earlier in my career and how I hope to get ahead of that in the future.
The first subject is, strength and conditioning. I discuss both my own personal, wish I knew when it came to my own training and how much time was mis-used along the way and also the professional aspect of my strength and conditioning career. I get the distinct feeling I’m 5-10 YEARS behind where I could be and am in the process of catching up to ensure I’m doing it the best I can. The hope is some of these ideas will help others get to that point of understanding sooner than I did.
