The Athletic Training Journal (ATDJ)  is a daily use journal with quote/passage with questions and prompts to help athletic trainers reflect on several key areas of the profession. The areas highlighted in the ATDJ are leadership, management, communication, practice, reflection/development, service and cognitive biases. Are hope to get ATs to reflect daily to help drive themselves and their profession career forward.

Exercise Videos

The amount of exercises you can choose from is endless. Finding a video that gets right to demonstrating the exercise isn’t always easy and might have more information than you need. In this collection of exercise videos we try and get right to the point in demonstrating the exercise and giving key prompts. We have almost any exercise you could need and are constantly adding more.

We want to provide a safe space for people to ask questions and for advice and make sure they can get the answers they need without any concern of ridicule. There are several forums, so find the one that is right for you.

Clinically Pressed Forum: A spot to ask questions, share information and connect to help you on your own journey.

ATChat Book Club: If you’re an AT and want to join the book club, you can connect with the book that is being read and exchange ideas.

ATDJ: A forum for those that have the Athletic Training Daily Journal to discuss entires and share ideas.
