Course Overview

In this course features information on how to better utilize excess accidental insurance in the athletic training setting. This course covers the difference between workers’ compensation claims and secondary accident insurance. It also gets into how insurance coverage may change and have to adapt with Name Image and Likeness Legislation. There will also be information on how athletic trainers might be underutilizing their insurance coverage in the athletic setting and how athletic trainers can effectively negotiate for more athletic training coverage with decreasing premiums.
