Course Overview
The purpose of this presentation is to explore athletic training through an international lens and how it is implemented at Hong Kong International. The course will cover global sports medicine practices and compare and contrast athletic training approaches in Hong Kong with the standards in the United States. Additionally, the course covers cultural competence and the aspects of appreciating the importance of cultural intelligence and adaptability when working with athletes from diverse backgrounds. Last, it will cover the exploration of sports medicine opportunities internationally.
