In this course, you’ll learn about the importance of external focus as it pertains to rehabilitation. The AT Corner Podcast will describe in detail the constrained action hypothesis and its role in motor learning. They will also discuss the differences between different types of attentional focus and how they can impact how someone responds to what is trying to get accomplished. You’ll also get a full review of the effectiveness of external focus of attention and how it impacts performance and the execution of different tasks.
