The purpose of this presentation is to lay out everything you need to know about salary surveys and what type of information you can reliably take from them and apply to your own situation. The course will help you understand all the variables that go into the salary survey and how it impacts the data that is returned. Beyond that, the course will talk about items that should be considered in salary surveys to try and obtain the best information possible. Lastly, there will be an update on NATA specific job postings and salary transparency.
