The purpose of this presentation is to summarize enneagram insights and how they can be applied to athletic trainers, students, and preceptors. The course will describe and differentiate communication strategies and how they are suited for various personality types to enhance interpersonal effectiveness. The course will also analyze personality traits and how they apply to different mentorship techniques. Lastly, the course will cover demonstrating empathy and perspectives of different viewpoints to address and mitigate conflict.
