The purpose of this presentation is to review and define the different ways to define hydration status and the process of dehydration. There are numerous ways to assess hydration and it is important to know which ones could maybe apply to you and your setting. This course will also cover how to identify when an athlete is in a hypohydrated state. Lastly, this course will describe appropriate rehydration interventions to make the best out of outcomes and also, help you identify what might work in your setting.
