Course Overview

The purpose of this presentation is to summarize the use of lasers as a modality in rehabilitation. The course will start off by explaining the physiological effects of lasers and help connect the potential use cases for lasers in your setting. It will then go on to discuss the efficacy of laser in treating musculoskeletal injuries and how it can potentially help the healing process by optimizing the healing environment. Last, the course will discuss the optimal parameters for laser treatments to maximize their effectiveness.
