The purpose of this presentation is to highlight many of the aspects of what goes into business acquisitions and how it can impact different people within an organization. The course will cover what goes into the business acquisition process and the steps that are required in the process to make it occur. Additionally, the course will cover what can be done to help established employees in a business acquisition to maintain a professional culture and attempt to make the transition process as smooth as possible when it occurs.
