The purpose of this presentation is to summarize and understand the physiological effects of long duration low-intensity ultrasound. The course will discuss the clinical evidence for the use of long duration, lower intensity ultrasound and how it might be applicable to your clinical practice. Lastly, the course will cover why long duration, low-intensity ultrasound may show improved results in outcomes compared to other formed of ultrasound in the clinical setting.
