Course Overview
The purpose of this presentation is to go over the many aspects that come into play when someone is suffering from medial tibial stress syndrome. If you’ve worked with track & field, court sports, or really any high-activity sport you’ve come across MTSS. This course will cover the relevant anatomy of the lower leg and how it contributes to the development of MTSS. The course will further go on to discuss different treatment strategies used to treat MTSS as well as other rehabilitation strategies to help people return from this often nagging injury.
