The purpose of this presentation is to summarize how personalities in AT impact how working well with others begins with knowing yourself. The course will discuss the 9 enneagram personality types and how they relate to athletic training. It will then go on to examine how to identify stress and burnout in your work and personal life and how it can impact your patient care. Lastly, the course will cover the concepts of understanding others’ perspectives and how that can be a tool for conflict resolution.
