Course Overview

The purpose of this presentation is to summarize the factors that go into the evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of patellofemoral pain syndrome. The course will cover all the relevant anatomy of the patella and the etiology of PFPS. In addition, the potential risk factors for PFPS are covered as well as the implementation of strategies to prevent PFPS from staring in the first place. Finally, the course will cover the implementation of evidence-based strategies for the rehabilitation process of PFPS.
