The purpose of this presentation is to summarize the use of tissue flossing and how it plays a role in recovery and performance. The course starts with describing the role of fascia during movement. It will then discuss the implementation of tissue flossing prior to exercise and the benefits it could provide. Then, you’ll learn about delayed onset muscle soreness and all the components that go into causing it. Finally, the course will talk about using tissue flossing after exercise and the potential benefits.
