The purpose of this presentation is to summarize everything you might want to know around UCL injuries. The course will start by describing the relevant anatomy of the medial elbow and how everything plays a role with any potential UCL injury. It will then go on to discuss risk factors associated with UCL injury in the overhead athlete. These injuries can be devastating for these athletes and it is important to do what you can to help if it were to occur. Lastly, the course will cover the implementation of programs to address the risk factors associated with UCL injury.
