Course Overview
The purpose of this presentation is to summarize ulnar sided wrist pain, the anatomy, pathology and rehabilitation. The course will start off be identifying all of the relevant anatomy around the ulnar side of the wrist and highlight areas of specific focus. It will then move into discussing the pathologies of the ulnar wrist that are common in active populations. These pathologies can be more common than you think. Lastly, the course will examine rehabilitation concepts that address ulnar wrist pathologies and give you ideas on how to manage them.
