Course Overview
The purpose of this presentation is to review and highlight the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Position Statement on Work-Life Balance. There will be discussion on facilitating work-life balance and what that means for athletics trainers across different settings. The course will classify important contributing factors to what work-life balance can mean in an athletic trainer’s life. Lastly, the course will talk about the implementation of some strategies from personal practice and have a discussion on promoting work-life balance.
