Join us for the Second Annual Reps to Run: Bench Press to 5K Charity Run!
All proceeds from the event will be used to purchase AEDs, which will be available to be utilized for FREE out in the community. This will help ensure that events around the Coulee Region have all the necessary safety equipment to hold safe events.

Check-in
Each runner will need to be present to check themselves in at the UW-La Crosse Sports Performance Center between 9:00AM – 9:45 AM. Please allow yourself time to complete your bench press and get to start of the race at 10:00AM.
Bench Press
You will need to perform your bench press at the UW-La Crosse Sports Performance Center between 9:00AM – 9:45AM.
5k Race
The 5k race will start behind Mitchell Hall at 10:00AM.
Awards
Stick around after the race while we calculate everyone’s times and announce winners! We will also have drawings for giveaways and a chance to connect with Clinically Pressed Co.

All are welcome to join! Regardless of age or fitness level, we would love to have your join us!
How does this event work?
Start at the UW-La Crosse Sports Performance Center, where you will bench press to reduce your 5K time. (BW Reps = 30 seconds off your time per rep; ½ BW Reps = 10 seconds off your time per rep) Then head over to Myrick Park for a 5K race through the marsh trails. After the race, we’ll calculate everyone’s times, announce the winners, hold drawings for giveaways, and provide an opportunity to connect with Clinically Pressed Co.
When is the event?
The event will be hosted on Sunday October 13, 2024. Check-in at the UW-L Sports Performance Center, starting at 9:00AM. You may perform your bench press between 9:00AM - 9:45AM. 5k race starts behind Mitchell Hall at 10:00AM.
Where is the UWL Sports Performance Center?
The UWL Sports Performance Center is located inside of Mitchel Hall on the UW-La Crosse. There will be signs to direct you, once you are in the building. Address: 1820 Pine Street La Crosse, WI 54601
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the extensive preparation for this inaugural event, we cannot offer refunds for registration. However, if you are unable to attend, we can consider transferring your registration to a new participant before the event. If you wish to transfer your registration, please contact us at info@clinicallypressed.org. Please note that your registration fee will directly support fundraising efforts to provide AEDs to the Coulee Region community. For any specific questions, please contact info@clinicallypressed.org.
