Utilize this program to get started with building the habit of being someone who works out. The goal of this program is to build that habit by getting you moving for 10 minutes a day for 10 days. The program is built around being able to do things at home and utilize objects at home to build up the intensity. The goal isn’t to go all out with this program. The goal is to build the habit that you are someone who works out and set the foundation for the next steps in your fitness journey.

We will be adding videos to this to demonstrate later, but this should get you started.
