A great starter program for any athlete to get started or get back into it. This 2x/week program sets a base of lifting through ‘Anatomical Adaptation’ which addresses any asymmetries. It then moves onto ‘General Preparation’ and onto ‘Strength’ and ‘Hypertrophy’, which will help establish a solid foundation for training for any athlete. We have also included in the document a ‘How to Read the Program’ in the file and below.
